Joe Burrow is coming off a tough game in which he threw for 232 yards against the Cleveland Browns, but this Panthers' secondary is not as skilled as the Browns were.

This is another week to implement the offense without wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase as he recovers from injury. Burrow completes passes extremely well but needs to make sure he can throw the ball down the field for more than his 6.6 yards per attempt last week.

Cincinnati has to learn how to get open without Chase on the field and they should do that here and win by double digits to breathe a sigh of relief after a bad loss on Monday Night Football.
