NFL Super Bowl Odds 2023: Best Teams to Bet On - Bills, Chiefs, Eagles, 49ers

Kansas City Chiefs v Denver Broncos
Kansas City Chiefs v Denver Broncos

As we wrap up another week of the NFL regular season, let's take a look at where the value sits for Super Bowl futures bets. We've seen a lot of games and have enough statistics that we can start to see who the real contenders are and for betting purposes, which long shots have some worthy value. A lot of injuries are making things different up top. The top teams are prevailing, and we will discuss them here.

Top Contenders to Bet On:

Buffalo Bills+380
Kansas City Chiefs+450
Philadelphia Eagles+450
San Francisco 49ers+900

Buffalo Bills, NFL (+380)

The Bills have been struggling with health, but are still leading the AFC with a 10-3 record and are on a four-game winning streak as they have a two-game lead in the AFC East. Buffalo is fourth in the sport, averaging 27.2 points per game. They are also second with 17 points allowed as well.

Their offense, though, has slowed down a bit and is not allowing them to win convincingly as they play close games. In their winning streak, they are winning by 8.3 points per game, which is not a sign of domination. They will be without linebacker Von Miller for the rest of the year and their offense looks like it is not as dominant as the stats show either. They are an interesting team to watch.

Kansas City Chiefs, NFL (+450)

The Chiefs defense has become more of a concern lately as they are beginning to revert themselves back to the ways of old where they are giving up too many points. The Denver Broncos, a team that has been averaging under 14 points this season, scored 28 points against them on Sunday. However, they are obviously one of the best offensive teams in the NFL with quarterback Patrick Mahomes. They might be a little overpriced as they could potentially play a road playoff game, which we have not seen Mahomes do yet. This could be interesting and bettors could be able to get some value at a great time right now.

Philadelphia Eagles, NFL (+450)

The Philadelphia Eagles slightly increased their odds of winning the Super Bowl once again as they are 12-1. They are the best offensive team in the entire sport as they score 29.7 points per game. They have the NFL MVP frontrunner in quarterback Jalen Hurts, but still have noise in the NFC East with the Dallas Cowboys back two games. They have a game on Christmas Eve in Philly against each other. The Eagles are a great bet and should continue to dominate, but injuries are piling up for them.

San Francisco 49ers, NFL (+900)

Even with their third-string quarterback, the San Francisco 49ers are a top team and coming off their annihilation of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers this week, they only look stronger. Rookie quarterback Brock Purdy might need to carry them the rest of the way, but this team is built to dominate in every position and Kyle Shanahan is not going to make mistakes. They have the best defense in the NFL as they are allowing 15.2 points per game and have allowed 24 total points in their last three games combined. They need to remain healthy as the last few weeks go on and then they will be a tough out in the playoffs.
