History
OpTic Gaming is one of the most successful teams from the North American region. The team was formed in February 2022 along with FNS, yay, Victor, Marved and crashies. They won their first major trophy in March, 2022 by becoming champions of the VCT 2022: Stage 2 Masters Reykjavik. OpTic Gaming has represented the North American region in two international Valorant events ( VCT 2022: Stage 2 Masters Reykjavik and VCT 2022: Stage 2 Masters Copenhagen) so far.
Timeline
February 10th - OpTic Gaming enters Valorant and acquires the former Team Envy roster consisting of FNS, Victor, crashies, yay and Marved, with Chet joining as the coach.
April 24 - OpTic Gaming becomes champions of the VCT 2022: Stage 2 Masters Reykjavik, winning their first trophy
August 16th - OpTic Gaming signs krueger and trainer as analysts ahead of Valorant Champions 2022, Istanbul.
