Federer reaches yet another milestone post Sock victory

Federer adds yet another record to his list

Roger Federer defeated Jack Sock 6-3 6-2 in the fourth round match of BNP Paribas Open. With several records already to his name, the Swiss maestro added one more milestone of winning 50 matches at Indian Wells to the tally. Federer dealt with cooler, windier conditions to close out Sock in one hour and nine minutes.

Now, Federer will face Tomas Berdych of Czech Republic in the Quarter finals. The swiss will need to defeat Berdych in Quarter finals to set a blockbuster semi-final with Rafael Nadal. For this to happen, Nadal will also have to defeat Milos Raonic of Canada in Quarter Finals.
