The 2019 Australian Open ended with Novak Djokovic beating Rafel Nadal 6-3, 6-2, 6-3. Nobody expected this scoreline and everybody was hoping for a marathon match, but Djokovic completely outplayed Nadal in the final.

Djokovic has won 7 Australian Open titles during his career, the most by any player in the Open era.
His first Australian Open title was back in 2008. He then won it in three consecutive years, in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Djokovic won his 6th and 7th Australian Open titles in 2016 and 2019 respectively.
Djokovic is the first Serbian male to be ranked World No.1 and he is also the first Serbian to win a Grand Slam men's singles title.
He has won 5 ATP Finals titles, 12 ATP 500 titles and 32 ATP Masters 1000 titles. He is currently leading the ATP rankings by a significant margin.
