Andre Agassi took on John McEnroe at the 2023 Pickleball Slam on Sunday, where the eight-time Grand Slam champion had a special fan rooting for him -- his daughter Jaz.

Jaz, the 19-year-old daughter of Agassi and Steffi Graf, was in attendance at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida. The first singles rubber was contested by Agassi and McEnroe, with the latter winning 15-13, 16-14 in two sets.

During the action between Andre Agassi and McEnroe, Jaz took to Instagram to share a picture from their match, jokingly adding that the latter looked "weak."

"Mac looks weak no?" she wrote.

The second singles rubber, meanwhile, will see Andy Roddick take on Michael Chang. In the end, Agassi and Roddick will team up to take on McEnroe and Chang in a doubles tie.

Overall, a $1 million prize money will be at stake at the exhibition event, along with an additional $100,000 in charitable donations.

With the Pickleball Slam being an exhibition event, Andre Agassi and John McEnroe did not hesitate to poke fun at each other during their encounter.

In a video posted by the tournament's Instagram account, 'Superbrat' McEnroe was seen giving fans a shot of nostalgia with his on-court antics. He even jokingly complained that the organizers were trying to "cheat" him with an incorrect call.

"Come on, they're trying to cheat me out of this thing," McEnroe said.

Agassi, meanwhile, joked about McEnroe still being a "pain in the a**."

"This guy's always been a pain in the a**, you know?" Andre Agassi said.

On the tennis court, Agassi and McEnroe faced each other four times, splitting their meetings 2-2. Their first encounter at Stratton Mountain in 1986 went to McEnroe, while Agassi won their second meeting in Los Angeles a couple of years later.

Their third clash, at the 1989 WCT Finals, went to John McEnroe. Agassi then beat the former World No. 1 at the 1992 Wimbledon Championships -- their only face-off at a Grand Slam.

Agassi went on to win the title at SW19 days later, bringing up his first and only title at the Grass Major. While Agassi ended his career with eight Grand Slams to his name, McEnroe racked up seven Majors.
