Madison Keys radiated joy on her wedding day, sharing an endearing declaration of love. However, the heartfelt message wasn't for her new husband Bjorn Fratangelo, but for former British tennis player Laura Robson, who celebrated the occasion with the happy couple.

After dating for six years, Keys and Fratangelo announced their engagement in March 2023. The World No. 21 shared updates about her wedding planning journey on social media and also opened up about the challenges of finding an ideal date for the ceremony amid the busy tennis calendar.

However, the couple found the perfect time during the off-season, tying the knot in Charleston. Several tennis stars joined in the celebrations for the happy couple, with Jessica Pegula, Taylor Townsend, Desirae Krawczyk, Jennifer Brady, and Laura Robson having the time of their lives at the joyous event.

Robson congratulated Madison Keys and Bjorn Fratangelo on their nuptials and shared highlights from the wedding, including glimpses of Keys' elegant bridal dress. The Brit wore a chic off-the-shoulder sage green gown as she enjoyed the festivities with Pegula, Brady, Townsend, and Krawcyzk.

"Congratulations Madi + Bjorn ❣️❣️❣️," she captioned her Instagram post.

In a delightful exchange in the comments, Keys adorably professed her love for Robson, humorously stating that it even surpassed her love for the band Paramore, with the Brit responding in kind.

"I love you more than Paramore ❤️," Keys commented.
"Love youuuu lets do this again," Robson replied.
"On repeat 🔂," she wrote further.

Following her split with coach Georgi Rumenov during the clay season in 2023, Madison Keys decided to ask her fiance and fellow tennis player Bjorn Fratangelo to step in as her coach.

In an interview with the ATP Tour last year, Fratangelo disclosed that he was initially apprehensive, as they had kept their professional lives separate, but Keys reassured him that she was sure of her decision.

"She had some tough losses, and she came home and asked for my help. And the first thing I said was like, ‘Are you sure?' Because we've done a great job of kind of staying out of each other's careers over the seven years we've been together. And she said yes," Fratangelo said.

Despite his initial reservations, Fratangelo disclosed that it was "awesome" to work closely with his "best friend," disclosing that open communication was the cornerstone of their healthy bond.

"And obviously look, we're best friends. She's my fiancée. There's nothing we keep from each other and it's been very collaborative and it's been a lot of fun I think for both of us," she added.

On the tennis front, Madison Keys last competed on tour at the Wuhan Open, where she suffered a 7-6(7), 6-2 loss to Beatriz Haddad Maia in her opening match.
