Carlos Alcaraz's brother Alvaro recently revealed the 'naughtiest' thing that the World No. 3 ever did. Alcaraz has an older brother, Alvaro, and two younger brothers, Sergio and Jaime.
The Spaniard's brothers, Alvaro, Sergio, and Jaime, all play tennis in some capacity. While Alvaro has not played competitively since 2020, Jaime has been impressing the tennis world with his exploits. In 2023, he won the Rafa Nadal Tour event in the under-12 boys category. The trio also frequents the World No. 3's matches on the tour.
Alvaro recently joined the reigning French Open and Wimbledon champion in a fun segment where the brothers were quizzed about each other. While Carlos failed to guess his older brother's favorite takeout order, wrongly guessing pizza in place of sushi, he correctly guessed his favorite app, TikTok.
Meanwhile, Alvaro tagged the four-time Grand Slam champion as 'untidy', and revealed the naughtiest thing that Alcaraz ever did. He narrated a hilarious incident from their grandparents' house, where the brothers threw popcorn at their grandfather until he got up. Alvaro claimed he then took shelter under the bed while Alcaraz hid in the wardrobe.
"We were at our grandpa’s house one day when my parents were away, and we couldn’t think of anything else to do. My grandma had made popcorn and we threw it at my grandpa, and we carried on throwing it at him until he got up and took off his belt, and we had to go and hide under the bed. Carlitos was in the wardrobe," Alvaro said.
Carlos Alcaraz also shared a hilarious anecdote from their childhood, recounting when they would kick the balls down from their terrace.
"I put ‘kicking the balls’ about we had a terrace and we were always playing football and sometimes we used to kick the balls below. Sometimes unintentionally but other times on purpose," Alcaraz said.
Carlos Alcaraz headlines Team Spain at the Davis Cup, to feature in Laver Cup next

Carlos Alcaraz put his shock loss in the second round at the 2024 US Open behind him and came back strong at the 2024 Davis Cup. He helped Spain qualify for the quarterfinal by winning all three matches he played.
The World No. 3 first won against Tomas Machac (retirement) and then paired up with Marcel Granollers to defeat Jakub Mensik and Adam Pavlasek in the doubles. Alcaraz next defeated Ugo Humbert 6-3, 6-3 to help Spain beat France.
The Spaniard will now join Team Europe for the 2024 Laver Cup. He will be accompanied by Alexander Zverev, Daniil Medvedev, Casper Ruud, Grigor Dimitrov, and Stefanos Tsitsipas as they look to reclaim their crown from Team World after losing in 2022 and 2023.
