4-time Grand Slam champion Naomi Osaka has stunned in a series of pictures on Instagram, days after an impressive runner-up finish at the ASB Classic in Auckland, New Zealand. The Japanese tennis star posed for the snaps at the Waiheke Island, a scenic tourist attraction located around 20 km from Auckland.Osaka was making a comeback to the tour following a 15-month maternity break. She reaped rich dividends at last week's ASB Classic in Auckland, making it all the way to the final.Despite winning the first set 6-4 against Danish World No. 41 Clara Tauson, the former World No. 1 was forced to retire in tears with an abdominal injury in the decider. Despite the heartback, she has risen to No. 50 in the world after climbing 8 rungs in this week's rankings.She later reflected that it was "definitely really important" for her to make the final, her first since 2022. She said in the post-match interview:“It was definitely really important. I’m happy to get through to the final . I’ve actually never gotten to the final of a tournament the week before Melbourne. This is a career first for me . I think in my head I’m really happy there are always things to improve and get better, no matter how old you are."Days after the match, Osaka took to Instagram, sharing a few shots that featured soaking in the beautiful sights of Waiheke in a gorgeous attire."Wouldn’t be fair of me to leave without popping off a fit," she captioned the pictures.
