Novak Djokovic was amused by a meme that compared himself and Stefanos Tsitsipas to Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson's characters from the 2001 hit comedy film 'Zoolander.'

Djokovic and Tsitsipas locked horns in the 2023 Australian Open final last month. The Serb ended up winning 6-3, 7-6(4), 7-6(5) to clinch his 10th title at the hard-court Major and a record-equalling 22nd Major. He also returned to the top of the ATP rankings as a result of the victory.

A meme was recently shared on social media that likened Novak Djokovic and Stefanos Tsitsipas to Stiller and Wilson from their 2016 SNL appearance, where they reprised their Zoolander roles. The meme suggested that the 22-time Grand Slam champion resembled Stiller's Derek Zoolander while Tsitispas looked like Wilson's Hansel McDonald.

Djokovic found the comparison hilarious and shared the meme on his Instagram stories, captioning it:

Ben Stiller is known to be an avid tennis fan and has often been in attendance at tournaments. Last year he was present at the Indian Wells Masters, and was unwittingly involved in an incident during the quarterfinal clash between Nick Kyrgios and Rafael Nadal.

Kyrgios told a heckling fan not to talk as he wasn't good at tennis, before pointing out that he himself didn't tell Stiller how to act.

Novak Djokovic has had a terrific start to the 2023 season and is yet to lose a match. The Serb began his year at the Adelaide International 1, where he reached the final with wins over Constant Lestienne, Quentin Halys, Denis Shapovalov and Daniil Medvedev.

He met Sebastian Korda in the summit clash and saved a championship point before defeating him 6-7(8), 7-6(3), 6-4 to win the tournament.

The World No. 1 then dropped just one set en route to his Australian Open crown, despite having a 3 cm tear in his hamstring.

Djokovic is next scheduled to compete at the Dubai Tennis Championships, where he is the top seed. The Serb took part in last year's edition of the ATP 500 event but lost to Jiri Vesely in the quarterfinals.

Djokovic's last title in Dubai came in 2020, when he beat Stefanos Tsitsipas 6-3, 6-4 in the final. He has a good chance of winning his sixth title at the ATP 500 tournament this year given his recent form.
