Former professional tennis player Rennae Stubbs has called out a publication for a list that failed to feature Steffi Graf among the best single-handed backhands in the history of the sport.

Graf, a 22-time Slam champion, was left off the list of the top 20 one-handed backhands ever. The list included popular players like Stan Wawrinka, Richard Gasquet and Gabriela Sabatini, and was topped by Roger Federer.

The inclusion of Australia's Ash Barty, who had a double-handed topspin backhand as well as a single-handed slice, made many question the credibility of the list. Stubbs quickly took to Twitter to point out that although Barty had a good slice, she should be categorized as a player with a double-handed backhand.

Stubbs also mentioned that German legend Steffi Graf not only had a single-handed backhand but also a ruthless slice, which was a nightmare for many.

"Ash Barty and not Steffi Graf on this list. Ash had a two handed backhand and if you count her slice then u must count Steffis. Steffi tortured her opponents with that slice which set up her forehand. Also Steffi had a one hander not 2. Do yourself a favor and do an addendum," Stubbs tweeted.
