The third day of main draw action at the 2023 ABN AMRO Open in Rotterdam on Wednesday (15 February) will feature five first-round and three second-round matches.

Four seeded players, two wildcards, one lucky loser, and a qualifier will open their campaign at the ATP 500 tournament for a place in the second round. On that note, here's a look at the predictions for all eight matches:
