Djokovic is the favourite once again

There is something ethereal that can unfold at the Men's Singles in the US Open. There are two David versus Goliath games in the semi-finals. What's interesting is that both the Davids have a fair chance to not just to win the semi-finals but even go on to win the finals.

Gaël Monfils was born in 1986, a year ahead of the world #1 and world #2 Novak Djokovic and Andy Murray. 1986 was the same year when another indisputable master of tennis and former world #1 Rafael Nadal was born. In Nadal's birth chart Uranus, Planet X (2007 RH283) and planet Z (2008 FC76) were in exaltation.

Gaël has a really strong horoscope with all these three important planets in strong positions. While the Spaniard has planets exactly in the right positions to make him a great, there is enough muscle power in the French man's birth chart to conjure up at least one Grand Slam.

Don't let the statistics fool you; Djokovic leads Monfils 12:1. Given his planetary strength, it really is a surprise that Monfils hasn't gone too far in the grand slams. Now that he is in the semi-finals, probably he can play the best game of his life to upset the current World #1 and reach the finals. Could there be a better chance than now, when he has given up his usual Leonine flair to play with his Cancerian compactness and focus?

The other semi-final is equally intriguing. A 31-year-old veteran with two Grand Slams under his belt against a 26-year-old, who would create history for his country if he goes on to win a Grand Slam. The fact that Kei Nishikori has ousted the two-time Olympic Gold medalist Andy Murray to reach the semi-final speaks volumes of the possibility of his game with Wawrinka Stanislaus.

Nishikori has an extraordinary horoscope. He was born on an auspicious New Moon day. Besides he also has Planet -X and Planet - Z in exaltation and to top it he has Pluto just entered into its own house after 300 years.

Kei sure has it in him to create history. He sure will win a Grand Slam. The only question remains is... Is it now? What better chance when after a long time you don't have a Federer, Nadal or Murray in the semi-finals!

These semi-finals are going to be classics!

Just watch out...there could be a new dawn in the world of tennis.
