Ocasio originally started out as a rapper by releasing and uploading his songs to SoundCloud while he worked as a bagger at an Econo supermarket, as reported by Complex. After releasing numerous songs, he caught the attention of DJ Luian, the owner of Hear This Music, a Puerto Rican record label. Subsequently, Ocasio met producer Mambo Kingz while he was signed to Hear This Music, who was immediately impressed by Ocasio’s unique genre-fusing style.
Ocasio finally found mainstream success with the release of his single, Soy Peor, and Krippy Kush ft. Farruko in 2017. He achieved virality with the release of his song Te Bote ft. Casper Mágico, and Nio Garcia, which was later remixed to include J Balvin, Darell, and Nicky Jam. By 2017, Ocasio had cemented himself as a Latin trap sensation and soon became a worldwide name after he collaborated with Cardi B on I Like It and with Drake on Mia.

Bad Bunny has recently bid farewell to Puerto Rico and embraced Hollywood living, at least for the moment. He spent a cool $8.8 million on a gorgeous mansion nestled in the Hollywood Hills that provides the notoriously private rapper with some much-needed isolation from the public eye.
The property consists of two structures, a main house and a two-story guesthouse, featuring a combined total of eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with over 7,000 square feet of living space. The interiors boast sparkling white decor with contemporary finishes.
The sunken living room leads to a spacious dining area that overlooks the pool and lounge. The modern kitchen comes equipped with Viking appliances and features a large center island with an ultra-wide glass window offering stunning views of the garden.
Upstairs, the luxurious master suite features a sitting area, a massive bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower room, a walk-in wardrobe, and a glass balcony that provides panoramic views of the pool area and Sunset Strip.
The mansion's outdoor lounge is a notable area, perfect for entertaining guests. The large backyard features a well-manicured lawn and a fully equipped barbecue and grilling space. Guests can also relax on the wooden deck and take a dip in the infinity-edge pool.
The two-story guesthouse, situated a few meters from the main house, is accessible via large stone pathways, with its own multiple-car garage, making it big enough for a family. The towering palm trees and tropical plants outside give the mansion a luxurious resort feel.
Despite his viral success over the past five years, Ocasio used to live a very humble and grounded life away from the camera. Known to be a very private individual, not a lot of personal information is available about the life of Bad Bunny. It is known that Ocasio owns several properties with two of them located in the United States and one in San Juan, Puerto Rico. However, the exact location of each house is unknown with only their general geographical state being known.
The past few years have seen Ocasio travel between the US and Puerto Rico, with Puerto Rico being his destination of choice when he is not recording music, acting, or appearing in commercials. His San Juan mansion is reportedly around $3 million and includes a swimming pool, home cinema, and a games room.
Thanks to his private life, not a lot of images exist of the house, and the ones that did exist on Instagram were eventually deleted following Ocasio’s decision to leave the popular social media platform owing to unknown reasons.
In an interview with Rolling Stone, Ocasio offered tiny glimpses of his abode during the pandemic which Berlingeri and himself documented. Bad Bunny was supposed to be the cover story for the month of June 2020 but due to the lockdown couldn't complete the interview following the mandatory stay-at-home order issued by Gov. Wanda Vázquez Garced.
The Rolling Stone video features glimpses from various rooms in their San Juan mansion. The video features their bathroom, the outside area of the property where the cover photo was taken, as well as the massive lawn accompanying the house.
Aside from his actual real estate properties, Ocasio also owns a 53-foot West Coast Customs-designed rig which doubles as his Miami house. The rig features an all-black exterior with bright colors, bold patterns, and luxe leather furniture that are a nod to Bad Bunny’s Avant-Garde style. Recently, Ocasio opened up this ‘house’ to his fans by listing it on Airbnb.
Apart from his real estate investments, Bad Bunny owns an impressive collection of cars in his garage which includes a BMW M4, Mercedes G-Wagon, Rolls-Royce Dawn, a Toyota Corolla, and a Bugatti Chiron. This collection comes up to a valuation of around $4 million.

As of June 2022, Bad Bunny is Spotify’s most-streamed artist coming in with over 183 million streams in a single day compared to Drake’s record of 176.8 million streams in a single day.
Ocasio also earned the title of Spotify’s most-streamed artist in 2020 and 2021, which made him the first non-English act to earn the prestigious spot back-to-back.
Music aside, Ocasio is also an actor, having appeared in a supporting role in Netflix’s TV show Narcos: Mexico and Bullet Train, an action movie starring Brad Pitt.
Ocasio was also announced as the lead in Marvel’s next release dated 2024, where he will be the first-ever Latino to headline a Marvel movie.
