A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie announces official tracklist for upcoming album ‘BETTER OFF ALONE’ - All you need to know

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie is set to release his fifth studio album titled BETTER OFF ALONE on Friday, May 17 on all major streaming platforms via Atlantic Records and Highbridge The Label LLC.

On May 16, Artist Julius Dubose, professionally known as A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, took to social media to post a trailer accompanied by an entire tracklist reveal for the new album.

The caption on this post confirmed a Friday release and a stack of features that includes Young Thug, Cash Cobain, Future, Lil Durk, and more. Dubose's upcoming album with a total of 21 tracks, all of which have been listed below:

Everything you need to know about Boogie's upcoming studio album BETTER OFF ALONE

Dubose began the rollout of his fifth studio album by building up the release of his lead single Steppas, the 6th track on BETTER OFF ALONE, which hit DSPs (Digital Streaming Platforms) back in March.

The song has since racked up over 9 million streams on Spotify and was released alongside a music video which has garnered close to 2.2 million streams on Boogie's official YouTube channel.

Dubose would then begin to tease a mini-EP titled ALONE which would contain another 4 songs from BETTER OFF ALONE. The entire tracklist for the EP has been listed below:

He announced the EP on his Instagram with a trailer that gave the first look at the artwork. The classic "hoodie" character that has consistently appeared across most of Dubose's projects, seemingly draws similarities to Miles Morales' animated Spiderman movies.

The cover finds Boogie's character walking across the water toward a dark dystopic city in the background, which is color-graded Purple. The caption on this post found the rapper cryptically announcing a full-length project when he wrote:

"I rather be ALONE"

Dubose recruited several A-list producers for the EP, who will appear on BETTER OFF ALONE as well, namely:

The album is set to drop on the heels of his North American tour where Dubose will be seen performing at major cities and arenas across the United States. The first show will be held on May 18 at the Climate Pledge Arena in Seattle, Washington.

The tour will run until 18 September, with Boogie's final show set to be held at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver. He recently wrapped up his European Tour, performing across the continent and hosting shows in Amsterdam, Paris, London, and more.

The new album will follow up on Boogie's fourth studio album Me vs. Myself, which was released in 2022. The project went on to break Billboard's Top 10 by debuting at No.6 on the magazine's Hot 200 charts, which certified the project as Dubose's fourth Top 10 LP.

The project had a packed tracklist of 23 individual tracks (including a Bonus record) and featured Roddy Rich, Kodak Black, Tory Lanez, and more.
