On the June 6 episode of The Joe Rogan Experience, host Joe Rogan was joined by FBI director Kash Patel, who opened up about the availability of video evidence allegedly linked to Epstein Island. For the unversed, Epstein Island was a 72-acre private island situated in the Caribbean. The island was owned by late sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, who allegedly committed many crimes there.
During the podcast, Patel revealed that the FBI is trying to share all the evidence it has so far with the public regarding the Epstein case.
"People have to remember we're not going to revictimize women, we're not going to put that sh*t back out there, it's not happening because then he wins. You want to hate me for it, fine," Patel added.
Joe Rogan further questioned Patel about the existence and content of the alleged video evidence from Epstein Island. In response, Kash Patel replied in five simple words, stating,
"Not of what you want."
Rogan further pressed on,
"So this narrative might not be accurate, that there's video of these guys doing this."
"Exactly," Kash Patel replied.
The FBI director further shared that people have been making assumptions about the case and claimed that he has been urging the public to come forward with any credible information related to the case.
"The people out there have filled the void with 'can't wait to see X Y or Z,' and I'm like, here's the other thing, I've been asking openly if you have information on this, call us, tell us. The best resource we have is the American people in the world. Get me new information, and I will run that down," Kash Patel added.
Kash Patel and Joe Rogan react to Elon Musk's remarks on Trump's Epstein ties
Elsewhere in the podcast, Kash Patel and Joe Rogan reacted to Elon Musk's X post from June 6, where Musk claimed that Trump is named in the Jeffrey Epstein files.
"Time to drop the really big bomb: @realDonaldTrump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!" Musk wrote on X.
In a reply to his tweet, Musk added,
"Mark this for the future. The truth will come out."
Reflecting on Musk's tweets, Joe Rogan asked Kash Patel how Musk might have known about Trump's alleged ties to Jeffrey Epstein.
"Someone should take his phone away. Jesus Christ, that's a crazy thing to say. How does he know that Donald Trump is in the Epstein files, or does he have access to the Epstein Files?" Rogan asked.
In response, Kash Patel claimed that he doesn't know how Elon would have access to that information, and he prefers not to get involved in the ongoing feud between Trump and Elon.
"I don't know how he would, but I'm just staying out of the Trump-Elon thing that's way outside lane, I know my lane and that ain't it," Kash said.
For the unversed, Elon Musk has been feuding with Trump over the "One Big Beautiful Bill," passed by the House of Representatives in May 2025. The bill includes an extension of tax cuts and more defense spending, which, according to Musk, will lead the USA "into debt slavery."
Musk voiced his concern in a series of X posts, calling the bill a "disgusting abomination" and criticizing those who voted for it.
Replying to his post, the Tesla and SpaceX founder claimed that the bill will significantly skyrocket the "already gigantic budget deficit" to $2.5 trillion, leaving the American citizens with "crushingly unsustainable" debt.
Subsequently, on June 5, US President Donald Trump expressed his "disappointment" with Musk, stating that Elon knew "every aspect" of the bill better than anyone, and claiming that he never had a problem with it "until right after he left."
Later that day, Musk replied to Trump's comments, revealing that he wasn't aware of the bill, and he had not been shown it "even once."
