On June 13, 2025, actor and comedian Russell Brand congratulated journalist Candace Owens on the birth of her fourth child in an X post. It was accompanied by a picture of Candace, her husband George Farmer, their newborn son, and Brand himself.
"Here’s a couple that I "match made" on their 4th BABY!!! Christians are BREEDING!!! Thanks for a beautiful chat @RealCandaceO and George," Brand captioned the post.
Candace Owens married British businessman George Farmer in 2019 after meeting him in December 2018. The couple shares four kids. They welcomed their firstborn son—whose name has been kept private—in 2021, followed by the birth of their daughter, Louise, in 2022, and their third child, Max, in 2023, according to People Magazine.
Following the birth of their fourth son, Roman, in early May 2025, Candace has taken a brief break from her YouTube channel. In her absence, the host of The Ian Caroll Show has been temporarily filling in.
During an episode of Pints With Aquinas with Matt Fradd (published on October 30, 2022), George Farmer revealed that he got engaged to Owens within seventeen days of meeting her in December 2018.
"It was very much a God thing; the Lord was in control of that whole process," Farmer remarked.
He added that many people thought they were "crazy" for marrying so quickly and explained that he proposed to Candace during a FaceTime call on December 29, 2018.
"I was actually flying to South Africa at the time for New Year's, and I called her and I just said, 'Listen, I know this is completely crazy, and we've just met, but how do you feel about getting married to me?' Just real quick."
Candace Owens left the hospital within 48 hours of giving birth to her fourth child
In a YouTube Short shared on May 15, 2025, Ian Caroll—who has temporarily taken over Candace Owens' YouTube channel—announced that both Owens and her newborn are doing well.
"So, a brief update from the hospital. Candace gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby boy, Roman, could not be happier for her. We're all feeling so good [and] she is doing well. I just talked to her earlier. Baby Roman is doing great, and they are back from the hospital," Ian said.
According to Caroll, the host of Candace chose to skip the standard postpartum stay period and left the hospital within 48 hours of giving birth.
"There was a funny incident after the hospital, because after she had a healthy baby and she was feeling great, she left before the recommended 48-hour holding time. Not sure why they need you to stay there for 48 hours and take all their little medicines and get all the ointments that they prescribe."
He added that Candace also chose not to have Roman receive the doctor-recommended shots, like hepatitis B and vitamin K. As a result, Child Protective Services visited her house. Ian noted that although their representative was "perfectly nice" and was doing her job, the visit reflected the healthcare system's practice of pressuring mothers into their recommended standard.
"It just is a part of this whole pharmaceutical medical complex cartel of pressuring people into getting the drugs, getting the shots, getting the vaccines, and Candace obviously being based was like, no, thanks. Bye. I'm doing great."
