Celebrity commentator and podcaster Zack Peter weighed in on Kylie Jenner’s recent revelation about her breast augmentation procedures in the June 4, 2025, episode of The Pop Report podcast. During his discussion, Peter remarked that while Jenner’s breasts seemed "relatively big", they still looked natural on her petite frame and complemented her overall look.
"Those are relatively big… I guess she has such a petite frame, but it fits her body so naturally. Maybe because of the placement of them, it looks more natural,” Peter said.
Previously, as per a Page Six report dated June 3, 2025, a popular TikTok creator Rachel Leary posted a video addressing Jenner directly, seeking guidance on how to achieve what she called the "most perfect, natural boob job ever". Leary captioned her video with a respectful plea, asking Jenner to "help a girl out" who wanted to know "how to get them to sit like that".
Kylie Jenner, the founder of Kylie Cosmetics, responded to Leary’s video in the comments and shared the specifics of her procedure. She revealed that she had her augmentation done by Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher, and even included the exact instructions she gave him. She wrote,
"445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!"
Referring to Jenner’s revelation, Peter highlighted how her implant size and placement sat "right between" standard D and double D cups, emphasizing that the nuanced technique likely contributed to the natural-looking result.
He also pointed out her use of silicone implants, a material that has stirred controversy in recent years, and expressed surprise at her choice.
"I’m surprised that she got silicone breasts done because I feel like silicone is what …people are drifting away from because there have been a number of issues that women have had long term with silicone implants," he said.
Kylie Jenner opens up about the cosmetic procedures she has done, says she got her breasts "done before Stormi"

As per the W Magazine report dated July 27, 2023, before her more recent candid reflections on cosmetic surgery, Kylie Jenner had first addressed the procedures she had undergone during a revealing episode of The Kardashians in 2023. The 27-year-old reality star detailed her decision to get breast augmentation and the mixed emotions she still held about it.
Speaking to her friend Stassie Karanikolaou, Jenner confirmed that she underwent breast surgery before becoming a mother.
"I got my breasts done before Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20. Like, they were still healing," she admitted
Despite initially being happy with the procedure, Jenner expressed clear regret. She reflected on the natural beauty she believed she already had and how, in hindsight, she wished she had appreciated herself more before altering her body.
"I had beautiful breasts. Just gorgeous. Perfect size, perfect everything. And I just wish, obviously, I never got them done to begin with," Kylie Jenner said.
However, after giving birth to Stormi in February 2018, Kylie revealed that motherhood had a profound impact on how she viewed body image and cosmetic enhancements. Becoming a mom made her more conscious of the messages she sent—not only to fans but especially to her daughter. She further added that she would be "heartbroken" if Stormi "wanted to get her body done at 19".
Though Kylie Jenner confirmed the breast augmentation, she clarified the extent of her cosmetic work, especially in light of long-standing public rumors. She further denied one of the biggest misconceptions that she had undergone extensive facial surgery in her teens due to insecurity.
"One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure child and I got so much surgery to change my whole face, which is false...I’ve only gotten fillers. I don’t want that to be part of my story," she added.
Currently, Kylie Jenner is focused on expanding her fashion brand Khy, and expanding the range of her makeupup brand. Her most recent appearance on Hulu’s The Kardashians came during the season 6 finale, which aired in April 2025.
