However, when she sat down with her mother, she was left dumbfounded when Mama June handed her a check that was bigger than usual, mocking the situation. The Mama June: Family Crisis star even went further by asking the waiter to take a picture of the two as they held the big cardboard check.

Mama June eventually gave Alana a proper check, which Alana said would help her complete her education. Their conversation was soon interrupted when Alana received a call from her boyfriend, Dralin’s attorney. Later in episode 2 of Mama June: Family Crisis season 7, Alana accompanied Dralin to see his attorney, Sarah, after his recent DUI arrest. He was accused of speeding and fleeing from the police during questioning.
