Love Island USA season 7 aired a new episode on June 10, 2025. The segment saw tensions escalate between Jeremiah and his partner, Huda. Jeremiah began to act aloof and indifferent after the male islanders told him that Huda seemed disingenuous and fraudulent, not only in how she treated him but also in her interactions with everyone else.
They also mentioned that she refrained from speaking the truth so that she could maintain a cordial relationship with the rest of the islanders. Their opinions affected Jeremiah, as he began to contemplate Huda's feelings and intentions. Even when Huda approached him, he gave her a handshake, a thumbs-up, and refused to engage in further conversation.
Later, during a one-on-one chat, Jeremiah told Huda what the male islanders thought of her. Huda was enraged that Jeremiah let those comments affect him and disrupt their communication. Meanwhile, he continued to defend himself, asking Huda to calm down.

Love Island USA fans on X reacted to Jeremiah's behavior toward Huda, saying he was using the men's remarks as an excuse to break away from her.

What did the Love Island USA boys say about Huda to Jeremiah?
In the June 10 episode of Love Island USA, the cast members participated in a Pucker or Pie game, in which Huda nominated Ace when asked to name the islander who was waiting for "someone better to walk in." However, Ace felt offended. He later told Jeremiah that Huda's decision to nominate him rubbed him the wrong way. Nic agreed, saying Huda did not want to "call anybody out."
"She was scared to say her real answers, in my opinion, like, it was just, she just trying to be friends with everybody," Ace remarked.
Nic then added that his "unpopular opinion" was that Huda seemed "fraudulent" in the way she conducted herself in the show. The Love Island USA star explained that Huda's behavior with Jeremiah often made him question how genuine she was. He felt she acted "too closed off."
"Sometimes, I think that she's just like the safest," he added.
Later, when Huda approached Jeremiah, he acted aloof, confusing her. She wondered why he refused to confide in her or speak with her.
When Huda asked her Love Island USA partner what was bothering him, he refused to answer. After some prodding, Jeremiah shared what his male co-stars said about her. The couple went back and forth until Huda got emotional. Seeing her cry, Jeremiah said:
