Father and daughter come together to create Apple's cutest show HERE

Henry Golding's character, Peter Sharpe, is one of the guests at Masha's wellness center in Zauberwald in Nine Perfect Strangers season 2. He signs up for the retreat to have a bonding experience with his billionaire father, David Sharpe (Mark Strong). However, things get off to a bad start as David arrives separately at the retreat at a later time due to his prior business commitments.

On May 21, 2025, Golding explained his character's motive for attending the resort while speaking to Radio Times.

"I bring my father to the retreat to try to fix the relationship that has developed over the years and the drift that has been happening since I was very young. And through Peter’s eyes, it's almost like a last resort. I think he's gone to a stage of his life where if anything's going to fix a relationship or perhaps open the eyes of my father, it's going to be something like this."

Peter hits it off with the fellow guest Imogen O'Clair (Annie Murphy), who has accompanied her mother Victoria (Christine Baranski) to the retreat. The two hook up on the first night itself and continue to bond due to their shared experience of disconnection with their parents.

Moreover, Peter has his reservations about Masha's therapy and does not seem on board with her tactics, unlike most of the guests.
