TikTok influencer Ash Trevino is trending after posting a Clearblue pregnancy test on her @real_ash_trevino account on April 21, 2025. The test displayed the word “pregnant" on the window screen.
“I’ve always wanted 3 kids. There are no words to describe how happy I am. I love you all! If you ever think you’ve hit rock bottom, just remember. GOD HAS YOUR BACK!” the post was captioned.
The post included three red heart emojis and the hashtag #pregnant, with the 2023 Elevation Worship song Trust In God (Radio Version) playing in the background. Her post soon went viral, amassing over 3.3 million views.
Two days later, on April 23, she shared an ultrasound image dated the previous day that displayed her full name, Ashley Trevino. With Malcolm Todd’s single, Chest Pain (I Love) playing in the background, she wrote in the caption:
"I love you so much already, baby ... Mommy is so ready to meet you."
In the wake of her pregnancy announcement, Ash Trevino, who is reportedly 36 years old, is facing scrutiny as she has allegedly faked her pregnancy before. Trevino is considered to be a controversial figure, having been married to a convicted offender.
She is known for dating incarcerated men, who allegedly have a history of abusing women and children. As a result, she has earned the infamous nicknames “crazy inmate hopper” and “prison inmate dater." In addition to all this, netizens have accused her of being a neglectful parent to her two teenage daughters.
Here are some comments from X being skeptical about the TikToker’s latest life update—
“Let’s hope this is a joke, cause I think it’s fake. She’s trying to stay relevant,” a person wrote.
“These can be made also!!! They have an app for these, and on top of that, ultrasounds always have the hospital or clinic that you go to to get the ultrasound and sonogram done. I’m a mother of two. I would know they never give you an ultrasound with just your name,” a user wrote.
“Check your sources better, bro. It's a stock image. She's not pregnant,” a netizen wrote.
“It's fake, totally the same as the first image from a fake ultrasound generator site,” wrote another.
More about Ash Trevino’s latest pregnancy announcement

On April 24, 2025, Ash Trevino uploaded another ultrasound picture and announced that she was 8 weeks pregnant, adding that her purported unborn baby has a “healthy heartbeat” and is developing as expected.
“Mommy already loves you a ton!!!!” Ash wrote.
On April 23, she made a slideshow. One slide featured her photo with the words “When…” written on it, followed by an image of a man with the text “2 worlds…” inscribed on it. The final picture displayed her pregnancy test, with the word “COLLIDE” written on it. Below, the caption “Baby Trevino coming soon” was written. It seemingly suggested that the man was the alleged father of the unborn child.
Ash Trevino also addressed fellow TikTok user @kashmon3y17’s comment doubting her pregnancy, which stated, “no one tapping that shi.” The mother of two replied with a video of herself lying in the arms of a man, apparently hinting that she was reportedly dating.

It remains unclear whether the man is the same one from the “When the Two Worlds Collide” post. His identity also remains undisclosed.
In December 2024, YouTuber SLOAN called Ash Trevino a “compulsive liar” and claimed she faked a pregnancy. A few months later, in March 2025, the Texas-based TikTok star became a focal point of controversy after netizens criticized her for not allowing her two daughters to sleep on a bed.
At the time, Trevino responded by posting a picture of an air mattress and stating that her girls had “beds,” which might not be the “nicest,” but they were still there. Earlier this year, Ash also faced backlash for her parenting skills after she did not pay attention to one of her daughters during a live stream.
The child approached her to say she was feeling unwell after vomiting, yet the TikToker continued to dance during the live video.
At that time, reports claimed that Trevino’s mother mainly cared for her daughters because of the alleged involvement of Child Protective Services.
Ash Trevino, a Texas native, debuted on Musical.ly in 2019 before joining TikTok in April 2023. She has two teenage daughters, Hailey and Evie. Previously, Trevino was reportedly banned from TikTok multiple times for violating community guidelines.
