#1: John Cena (25 combined title reigns)

Remember when you couldn't turn on a WWE program without seeing Cena holding one of the major titles in WWE? Well, a lot has obviously changed over the last few years. He's followed the Rock to Hollywood but is at least still a part-time wrestler for the WWE, unlike the Rock.
It did seem like Cena ruled the main-event scene of WWE forever, but let's not forget what he did for the United States Championship. He had five reigns as US Champ, but in his later reigns with the title, his 'US Open Challenge' often gave chances to wrestlers lower in the pecking order.
Cena often had a match of the night when he was challenged by the likes of Neville, Kevin Owens and Cesaro.
He has even held the tag titles four times, but usually as a storyline device to stir discord between the partners. He's held the titles with the Miz, Batista, Shawn Michaels and David Otunga.
But alas, we all remember Cena for winning the title almost on a yearly basis. As a WWE Superstar, Cena has held the World Heavyweight Championship three times and the WWE Championship on 13 different occasions.
At least we don't have to see that awful spinner title he used to have. If any title deserved to be tossed in the garbage, it was that one and not the now-former WWE Championship belt.
