Current WWE stars Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa had one of the greatest rivalries in the history of NXT a few years ago. The two men were once NXT Tag Team Champions until Ciampa believed that Gargano was set to replace him when he was injured. Ciampa attacked Gargano after the two men were unable to reclaim their titles from The Authors of Pain.
This led to an intense feud that lasted several months. Later on, it led to the two men being on the same page once more. The feud was built from the fact that the two already had a personal relationship. Ciampa was part of Gargano's wedding to Candice LeRae back in 2016 and, at one point, the two men even lived together.

Ciampa updated a Tweet after turning on Gargano, which has since been deleted, where he revealed that he had moved out of the house. It made sense with the WWE storyline at the time.
The two men were promoted to the main roster a few years ago, but following injury, they have since returned to NXT. They continue to be two of the biggest stars that Triple H has at his disposal.
