That's the man The WWE Universe wants to see win The Universal Championship and while the company has stiffed fans in the past in regards to this, it finally looks like they will be forced to do this. In fact, with support for Balor at an all time high and multiple promises of change from WWE, its almost as if they have booked themselves in a corner.

Of course WWE could always choose to not go through with giving Balor a run with the Universal title, but that would only anger the fan base further and maybe even get some of them to leave in disgust. If nothing else, WWE is stuck between a rock and a hard place, which makes it almost certain that the company has to do this somehow.

Maybe it won't happen at WrestleMania and maybe it won't even happy at SummerSlam, but somewhere down the line in 2019, Finn Balor will be your new Universal champion. Whether Balor ultimately succeeds in that role is up to him and The WWE's booking of him with the title, but they need to at least give him a chance to show what he can do.
