While talking about his movie, Hogan revealed that the script was written around 7 years ago, and he gave a copy of the same to WWE to find out whether they would be interested in helping produce it. WWE had turned down the script at that time.

Hogan also mentioned how he and Eric Bischoff wrote a script themselves, but it was rejected by the writers of the movie, saying "This is a piece of s**t."
Possibly the biggest dream match that never happened in WWE has to be Hulk Hogan vs Stone Cold Steve Austin. The stars were aligned for the match back during the buildup to WrestleMania 18, but we got The Rock vs Hogan instead.

Hogan told Austin that it still bothers him to this day that he never had a one-on-one match against The Rattlesnake.
