I'm open for a debate on the fact that Samoa Joe is one of the most underrated wrestlers currently in WWE. His amazing athleticism, combined with his sheer strength and amazing mic work makes him a perfect choice for a top champion in any wrestling company.

In his relatively short run in NXT, he became the first man to hold the NXT championship twice. But unfortunately, he hasn't had similar success on the main roster. It's been over two years since his main roster debut on January 2017, and only now has he won his first championship in the form of the United States Title.

Now I as well as many fans are hoping that this is the start of something good for Joe. Considering his recent success on the main roster it's tough to see him become the WWE Champion any time soon. But in my prediction, WWE would do the unexpected and make Joe the WWE Champ before the year ends.
