She can’t seem to win the big matches that really matter.
Bayley was a dominant champion in NXT who was ready to take on all comers. Despite her happy go lucky character, she was good in the ring and put on great matches against the likes of Sasha Banks.

But, since Bayley made her main roster debut, she has failed to regain her momentum from NXT. She did win the Raw Women’s Championship once, but since then she has been booked poorly.
She can’t seem to win the big matches that really matter. Her poor booking has even led to some fans turning their back on her. Bayley isn’t really the one to blame. Injuries among other things have really kept her from the spotlight, and she has taken a backseat to Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss.
Bayley’s character on screen is something that could sell a lot of merchandise, and WWE need to capitalize on this by giving her a big push soon before her stardom fizzles out.

If ever given a chance to change a storyline, Sunil would have booked Roman Reigns to end The Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak instead of Brock Lesnar. According to him, The Tribal Chief needed the victory more than Brock Lesnar, as the latter was already an established performer when he defeated ‘Taker. He would’ve also made that as Taker’s final match.
