Yokozuna is the only WWE Superstar to have won and lost a title at the same WrestleMania (not counting the Hardcore Championship). The distinction came at WrestleMania 9, considered to be one of the worst WrestleManias of all-time.

Yokozuna won the title from Bret Hart before Hulk Hogan came out to avenge his friend. Hogan beat Yokozuna in under a minute to win the WWF Championship.
