The surprise topper of this list is The Bulgarian Brute, Rusev. The former United States Champion had developed an undefeated pay-per-view streak when he arrived in the WWE however, his pay-per-view record of late has been terrible to say the least.

Rusev has lost his previous 18 pay-per-view matches of which 8 have come in the last 365 days.

He had taken part in the Money In The Bank ladder match of 2018 but he failed; after that he lost a WWE Championship bout to AJ Styles at Extreme Rules. Andrade and Zelina Vega were the next to hand Rusev a pay-per-view defeat at SummerSlam 2018 and the New Day conquered the challenge from Rusev Day at Hell in a Cell 2018.

Shinsuke Nakamura then defeated him at Crown Jewel and Royal Rumble before he joined forces with Rusev and suffered losses at Fastlane and WrestleMania 35.
