Despite being from one of the more famous wrestling families in the business, Cody Rhodes spent the first ten years of his wrestling career in the WWE.
When he embarked on a journey to the indies in 2016, no one expected that he would become a top guy. Like an artist looking to find his groove, he remade himself into The American Nightmare. My love of professional wrestling has been a journey. When I look back at my life, I realize that it's always been there in the background. While there were years where I stopped following it, I don't think I ever stopped loving it.
I have always been writing, and I have honed my skillset over the years, writing for various newspapers, publications, and other entertainment websites. Wrestling is just a happy accident and coincided with my falling back in love with the genre, with the rise of AEW.
Wrestling is physical storytelling and stories; they make us fly! I recount those stories through analytical features and news that come out of it.
