#3 Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe may just be the most under-utilised performer in the entire WWE, as he is constantly putting on great matches and cutting amazing promos, with very little championship success to show for it. Unfortunately, he has been injured several times since joining the main roster, but he always produces great excitement and phenomenal, hard-hitting bouts, and it's about time he gets something to show for it.
The move to RAW may not see him claim the WWE's top prize in the Universal Championship, but a run with the Intercontinental Championship is exactly what The Samoan Submission Machine deserves. Heading into WrestleMania, it's likely that Joe is headed for yet another Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal appearance, and that's just not good enough for arguably one of this generation's best wrestlers, and on RAW, he could become the show's top heel with a few months of good booking.
