Daniel Bryan will defend his WWE Championship at WrestleMania 35, but his opponent is still not known. At the moment it seems like Kofi Kingston will be the one who will conquer all the odds to get the opportunity he had waited for 11 years.
Kofi Kingston has become the most popular babyface on SmackDown Live and no other superstar is currently as over as he is (with the exception of Becky Lynch). Thus, if the New Day member does not receive the title shot which he deserves at WrestleMania 35, then the WWE Universe would go mad on Vince McMahon.
I feel WWE is recreating the Daniel Bryan storyline of WrestleMania 30. If WWE wants to recreate that moment then they should allow the main event slot of WrestleMania to this match. There is a possibility that there will be a 3rd superstar (most probably Kevin Owens or Mustafa Ali) is in this match but that does not make a difference as Kofi will likely win the WWE title.
