Finn Balor won the first ever WWE Universal Championship but had to relinquish the title due to injury. However, his recent run with the WWE has been underwhelming. WWE creatives seem to have no idea about his character and he desperately needs a solid feud.
And given Balor is an internet darling, he needs to win the R=umble to regain that lost momentum. Given his in-ring work and talent, he deserves to be in the main event scene.

Rusev recently has become all the rage among fans due to this Rusev Day gimmick. Given his potential inside the WWE ring and his recent power-packed performances, he deserves to be in the main event scene.
Winning the 2019 Royal Rumble could provide his character with a new life and new directions. He has worked extremely hard and it is high time for WWE to reward the Bulgarian Brute.
