Leading up to WrestleMania 40 and even after it, WWE produced some of the best work in recent memory. Triple H and the team have ensured they deliver great storylines and top-notch matches. In addition, former superstars have also returned.
CM Punk and Andrade's return to the Stamford-based promotion led to new excitement among fans. Similarly, if Triple H desires, he could bring about the return of a two-time World Champion for the first time in three years. The World Champion in question is The World's Strongest Man, Mark Henry.
Recently, during an episode of Busted Open, Henry cited that he won't be renewing his contract with AEW, where he serves as commentator and coach, and that this decision was best for both parties. Taking advantage of this, Triple H could bring back Henry and use his talents in a non-wrestling capacity.
At WWE, Mark Henry could be a pre-show analyst like Booker T. He could also be involved on the digital side of things with The Bump. If not for these options, Henry could act as a producer and mentor young wrestlers to be great talents, which will benefit the company in the long run.
Mark Henry was recently appreciative of a current WWE Superstar
At Backlash 2024, WWE witnessed a tremendous response from the crowd. While the fans in France cheered for every match, one of the best matches of the night was between Kevin Owens and Randy Orton, who took on Solo Sikoa and Tama Tonga.
While Owens and Orton lost, Mark Henry praised the match, especially Owens. During his appearance on The Busted Open Radio, The World's Strongest Man said this particular match set the tempo for the entire Premium Live Event.
"I thought that the violence and the aggression and the physicality set the tempo for the whole pay-per-view and Kevin Owens, listen, the dude is worth his weight in gold," he said. "He is not going to shy away from anything. He's going to suggest to you something that's going to make you go, 'Alright. We doing that? Then that's what we're doing.' I love that because there's no fear."
If Mark Henry does end up returning to WWE, it will be exciting to see if he shares a moment with Kevin Owens or works with him in some capacity. A potential segment between the duo would be something many tune in to watch.
