WWE Crown Jewel will host the WWE World Cup.

#2 Iran - Ariya Daivari

Daivar
Daivari represented Iran in the Cruiserweight Classic.

Ariya Daivari is an American-Iranian professional wrestler. Although he was born and brought up in America, he has been billed from Tehran, Iran his entire WWE career. He even represented Iran in WWE's Cruiserweight Classic back in 2016. Considering his history with the company, he can very well represent Iran in the World Cup.

Daivari performed across the United States independent circuit before joining WWE in 2016 after participating in the Cruiserweight Classic. Unfortunately he was eliminated in the first round by Ho Ho Lun. He then made his debut on Raw as part of the Cruiserweight Division. He has been a regular part of 205 Live since then even joining Enzo Amore's Zo Train for a while before Enzo was fired from the WWE.

Currently sidelined due to an unspecified injury, Daivari might be fit enough to return in time for the World Cup. He can provide more diversity as very few Asian countries will be represented in the tournament.
