Could this be Wardlow's last stand as a heel?

While heel turns dominate our list, a potential face turn that could be intriguing would involve the man known simply as Wardlow in AEW.

Wardlow had an impressive match against Cody earlier this year on AEW Dynamite. However, that match was also down to the work of American Nightmare more than anything else. Wardlow's brooding stature could prove to be just the tip of what is to come from him.

The challenge is that as a heel that is silent, he may need to revolt from under the regime of Maxwell Jacob Friedman. Much like Batista while he was a part of Evolution, his rise to the top of the WWE came with him stepping out from his time with Triple H and alongside Ric Flair.

The same could be said about Wardlow. Could he be tired of being underappreciated? Is something to be said about a man that has more to offer if was to turn face? Of any of the speculated face and heel turns, this could be the most intriguing in AEW.
