Yet another match that has happened on WWE television, but not on pay-per-view, is John Cena vs. Braun Strowman. This match on PPV is only natural, simply because it would do Strowman a lot of good to defeat John Cena clean in a pay-per-view main event, especially if it were at WrestleMania.
As of this writing, it's unclear how long the Braun Strowman heel turn will last, but prior to his turn, he was the hottest babyface in the company, so one would assume that he'll reclaim that role once he turns back.
Even if Strowman went into a match with Cena as a heel, he'd probably be cheered, and he'd probably be cheered even louder if he were to defeat the former 16-time champion. So, if WWE is worried about the fans not accepting Strowman when they turn him back, then they should book him to beat Cena on a pay-per-view, which would probably make him the biggest babyface in the company.
