#1: Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley's explosive start was essential to the show's success

Fans were hopeful when Paul Heyman was announced as RAW's new executive director during the past few days.

We all know that Heyman had dabbled with 'extreme' segments quite frequently in the past. But fans were in for a treat when Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley's Falls Count Anywhere match ended in cataclysmic fashion as Strowman drove Lashley through an LED Wall.

This set a huge standard for the rest of the episode, and thankfully, Paul Heyman delivered on all fronts throughout last night's show.

Also, it is hard to fathom that a segment involving Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley is the most discussed bit following the show despite both of these superstars being part of underwhelming segments in the past few weeks.

Basically, last night's explosive start was essential to the show's success under Paul Heyman's supervision. It will be interesting to see whether Heyman manages to deliver on the same level (for RAW) in the upcoming weeks or not.

Will Eric Bischoff be able to do the same for this week's SmackDown live as well?
