3 major unanswered questions before tonight's SmackDown (April 3)

Daniel Bryan return
Will the Yes Movement collide with the Yep Movement?

There's only one show left before WrestleMania and it's tonight's edition of SmackDown. Last night's Raw didn't do a terribly good job of getting fans more excited about WrestleMania. Will SmackDown follow that same path?

There are three lingering questions that the blue brand should try to resolve tonight to build some anticipation for Sunday.

#1 Will the tag team title match be under TLC rules?

The SmackDown Tag Team Championship match is already one of WrestleMania's most anticipated, with its potential being sky-high. Last week, one of WWE's social media accounts seemed to leak that the match would be a TLC one. Will we get the answer to that question tonight?

If the blue brand obliges, it will have done a tremendous job in elevating its biggest standout in the tag team division.

#2 Will Asuka appear on SmackDown?

Currently, SmackDown Women's Champion Charlotte Flair is advertised to face Natalya in a rematch from two weeks ago, because WWE couldn't think of anything more creative in the week following her dental surgery, apparently.

This isn't the best way to use Charlotte ahead of her dream match with Asuka on Sunday. We know Asuka will be in the building for the finals of the Mixed Match Challenge, where the respective competitors' teams will face each other.

Why wait that long? Do something with Asuka on SmackDown, since she's there!

#3 Will Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn invade?

We know that Shane McMahon will be making his return tonight. Daniel Bryan will be good to go as well. This begs the question - will Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn show up in some way to stir up some final bit of trouble ahead of the tag team match on Sunday?

Though it's generally distasteful that this angle has gotten more prioritization than the WWE Championship, the return of Daniel Bryan to competition makes up for that weakness. So the blue brand may as well use the most of it.
