Will we see a Women's Championship match as the main event of Summerslam?

Ronda Rousey made her WrestleMania debut at WrestleMania 31 when The Rock got her into the ring after getting slapped by Stephanie McMahon to help him get even with Stephanie McMahon and Triple H.

Since then, the WWE fans were waiting for her to enter the ring to compete. She finally made her in-ring debut at WrestleMania 34 when she teamed up with the RAW General manager Kurt Angle in a mixed tag-team match against Triple H and Stephanie McMahon.

Her debut performance was widely praised by the fans and the critics alike. She got her first shot at becoming the Raw Women's Champion at Money in the Bank against the then Women's Champion Nia Jax but she couldn't because of an interference by Alexa Bliss, who is the current Raw Women's Champion.

Rousey is scheduled to face Alexa Bliss for WWE Raw Women's Championship at Summerslam.

This feud is a great one because Bliss is the best heel in the Women's division currently. Her mic skills, mannerisms, charisma makes the fans love her heel character. The built up to their feud has been near perfect till now.

The WWE fans would love to see Rousey becoming the Raw Women's Champion by defeating Bliss. It won't be easy as the Goddess will try everything to hold on to her championship as she has been doing since 2016 but this is the right time for Rousey to start her title reign.

Also, WWE Evolution will take place this year which will be the first only Women's pay-per-view. Rousey winning at Summerslam who is a face, would be a great end to the show. Also, a Women's Championship match headlining Summerslam would be historic.
