At WrestleMania 34, Daniel Bryan proved he could still wrestle, teaming up with Shane McMahon. They defeated Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. However, his progress continued, shocking fans with excellent matches on SmackDown. Notably against; Shinsuke Nakamura, AJ Styles, and The Miz. Nevertheless, his greatest success was yet to happen.

Recently on SmackDown, Bryan defeated AJ Styles to become WWE Champion. Moreover, he now has a new character. This character is excellent and refreshing, and thankfully it has vastly improved the brand entertainment value.

Samoa Joe has an extensive tenure within the professional wrestling industry. He came to prominence in ROH, and had three tenures with the company. Moreover, Joe also made a name for himself in TNA (now Impact Wrestling).

Within these two promotions, Joe earned the; TNA World Championship and ROH World Championship multiple times. Not to mention, numerous other championships. Throughout his tenures he faced off with excellent wrestlers like; AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Tyler Black, and many more.

In 2015 Joe debuted in NXT, and would eventually become NXT Champion, a championship he would win twice.

In 2017 Joe debuted for the Raw brand, and since then he has been involved in both WWE Championship and Universal Championship matches. However, he hasn't earned a championship on the main roster.

Recently Joe was embroiled in a feud with former WWE Champion, AJ Styles, however he failed to secure the WWE Championship. Nevertheless, he proved his worth as a contender. Therefore, considering Joe and Bryan's history within ROH, a WWE feud would be awesome.

In recent months Styles reached a record championship reign, one of the longest in history. However, on November 13 2018, Styles was defeated by Bryan via nefarious tactics. At TLC 2018, Styles will have the opportunity to regain his championship.
