This is one of those matches that would probably be a babyface vs. babyface match, because the company probably couldn't turn either one of these guys heel at this point. Perhaps at some point in the future, but not now.

It's very possible that Roman Reigns will ask Seth Rollins for a Universal Championship match should Rollins defeat Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 35. Of course, Reigns never did end up losing the championship, so it would only make sense for him to challenge for the title that he never lost.
As for who will win, well, it could be risky to put the title on Reigns one month after Rollins wins it, as it could, once again, force the fans to turn their backs on the "Big Dog." But if he faces Rollins for the Universal Title and puts him over, that could keep him in the good graces of the WWE Universe.
