WWE Superstar Charlotte Flair could bolster AEW's women's division. As talented as the women of AEW are, there's just a megastar like Charlotte Flair missing to take it to the next level.
Imagine a feud between the current incarnation of Dr. Britt Baker D.M.D. and Charlotte Flair for the prestigious AEW Women's Championship. As good as her feuds have been thus far, this could be just what the good doctor has needed to elevate her to the very next level.

#1 Charlotte Flair is the most likely WWE Superstar to break Ric Flair's record!
WWE Superstars Randy Orton, Triple H, and John Cena are all poised to break Ric Flair's record of 16 World Championship wins. John Cena, who is competing for the WWE Universal Championship this month is tied with Flair's record.
If Charlotte Flair leaves WWE for the seemingly greener pastures of AEW, this achievement may be left unfulfilled. Judging by the rate at which she's going, WWE is likely to award her the 17th Championship very soon indeed!
