While both Rollins and Strowman are in hot form right now, a simple misstep could be detrimental to both of the Superstars.

One of the biggest problems with Rollins' initial title reign was the lacklustre rivalries. Even his battle against AJ Styles did not feel as special as what it should have been - since it was a babyface - babyface feud. WWE is infamous for booking weak babyface vs babyface feuds.

Rollins' feud against Baron Corbin (and Lacey Evans) was boring, to say the least. We had to endure the same segments every week on RAW. WWE cannot afford the same mistake this time. A feud without intensity against Strowman could be hazardous to Rollins' reign.

In that case, WWE might be planning to turn Strowman heel - which could help Strowman if he were to win the title from Rollins. However, it is quite unsure if WWE would be willing to take the title off Rollins on his first defense after defeating Brock Lesnar clean. A heel turn followed by a loss to Rollins could send Strowman straight back to irrelevancy.
