When we go down memory lane and visit what happened with Roman Reigns that made the WWE Universe constantly boo him way back in 2016 or 2017, it was because Reigns' character wasn't evolving or changing and it was always the same.
Nobody would really want that to happen to any other Superstar. Rollins is in a similar situation that Reigns was years ago as the WWE Universe just doesn't connect with The Architect's character. That is partly the reason why they wanted him to lose to The Fiend at Hell in a Cell, which finally happened at Crown Jewel.
In order to escape another Roman Reigns like situation, WWE has to take steps to make changes to Rollins on WWE television. That is the biggest reason why moving to NXT is the best for him. It will not only give the WWE Universe a chance to see a different Seth Rollins, it would also give The Beastslayer a chance to start from scratch.
