The WrestleMania journey started after Royal Rumble which was a spectacular show at Chase Field. Seth Rollins won the men's Royal Rumble match and he is scheduled to challenge the Universal champion, Brock Lesnar.

Women's Royal Rumble winner Becky Lynch was set to challenge Raw women's champion Ronda Rousey, but she has been taken out of the match with Charlotte Flair replacing The Man to face Rousey at the Grandest Stage of Them All.

WrestleMania 35 is less than two months away, and the excitement is building up for the Show of Shows. The PPV will be held on 7th April at Metlife Stadium in New Jersey. In fact, WrestleMania 29 was held in the same venue and was an imposing show.

WWE is scheduled to have two PPVs before WrestleMania. Since the Elimination Chamber and Fastlane will be dual brand PPVs, the storylines will develop significantly. Currently, the storyline is developing gradually for the Universal championship match and the bout should be stirring in New Jersey.

Lesnar is undoubtedly a firm favorite, as Rollins will walk in as the underdog. Though Lesnar and Rollins locked horns in the past, the latter never managed to pin Beast Incarnate. However, the scenario could change at Metlife Stadium.

Here, we discuss three reasons why Seth Rollins should conquer Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 35.

#3 Seth Rollins is a remarkable in-ring performer

There is no denying that Seth Rollins is one of the best in-ring performers in WWE. Rollins has given several top-notch matches in his career. Considering he is such a top-level athlete, he definitely deserves to carry the most prestigious title of the red brand.

Rollins earned his name in the independent circuit before WWE signed him in 2010. The Architect has several moves in his armory and is undoubtedly one of the best technical wrestlers of the red brand.

He is agile in the squared ring and is also a high flyer. While Lesnar is a great performer, he is a lazy worker. Lesnar's matches are generally bland and short. Moreover, Lesnar has been using only two moves in his recent matches.

The WWE Universe will prefer to have a champion who can provide awe-inspiring matches regularly, and Seth Rollins is capable of delivering astonishing matches every week. Rollins won Superstar of the Year award in 2015 and Match of the Year award in 2014. Hence, his dexterity in the squared circle cannot be questioned.

#2 Seth Rollins is not a part-timer

Seth Rollins is a full-time superstar who performs every week. Whereas the current Universal champion Brock Lesnar is a part-timer who is not a regular performer. Lesnar holds the most prestigious belt of the red brand, but he does not defend the title regularly.

WWE ratings were substandard last year, and the ratings drop when the champion does not show up every week. Lesnar won his second Universal title at Crown Jewel, but he defended the title only once after winning the title in Saudi Arabia.

The Beast Incarnate fought Daniel Bryan at Survivor Series, but it was a champion vs champion match. Lesnar's only title defense was at Royal Rumble, where he faced Finn Balor. As a matter of fact, he is not scheduled to fight at Elimination Chamber, and it is indeed frustrating for the WWE Universe.

Seth Rollins could alter the scenario if he grabs the belt at WrestleMania 35. Since the Architect is a full-time performer, he is guaranteed to defend the title in every pay-per-view. In fact, Rollins might also defend the title on Raw if he requires. Moreover, the fans will be delighted to see the Universal champion every week

#1 Seth Rollins has never won the Universal title

The Universal title was introduced in 2016 after the brand split, and it is recognized as the top title of Raw. Seth Rollins made his main roster debut in 2012 when he was part of the Shield. He has attained plenty of success in his career. However, Seth Rollins never won the Universal title after the inception of the belt.

Seth Rollins is undoubtedly one of the biggest superstars of the current generation, and he has won numerous titles in his WWE career. As a matter of fact, Rollins is a Grand Slam champion, and he has won all the active titles of WWE. He won the Intercontinental title twice, US title once, the tag team titles four times and the WWE World title twice. Rollins was also the inaugural NXT champion.

Considering his success in WWE, he certainly deserves to grab the Universal title. Rollins had a memorable run as the WWE World champion when he won the title at WrestleMania 31. He can repeat the same feat in New Jersey and can become the face of WWE if he manages to pin Brock Lesnar.
