3 Reasons why The Authors of Pain would align with Seth Rollins

This week's episode of Monday Night RAW ended with 'Monday Night Rollins' hitting a curb stomp on Kevin Owens. The show was great from start to end, but the final segment took everyone by surprise. After being on the sidelines, and cutting promos on fellow tag teams for a few weeks, The Authors of Pain returned to the ring. They first had a match with Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins, and the powerhouses destroyed their opponents.

The final segment of Monday Night RAW saw 'The Beastslayer' lock horns with 'The Prizefighter.' While KO had the upper hand at the start of the show, he was down on the mat when the show went off the air. Seth Rollins really can't take any credit for besting Owens either, as it was The Authors of Pain who brutalized the former Universal Champion with a 2 on 1 attack.

Just think of what could happen if he joins hands with AOP victim's Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder.

While Ricochet is already over with the WWE Universe, Zack Ryder and Curt Hawkins need some good competition to get the limelight back. We all know that they are great and have been loyal WWE competitors for years now. If this faction is formed, we could see them eventually challenge Seth Rollins and The Authors of Pain for Red Brand dominance.

With good promos and great storytelling, this could be the perfect long-term storyline that could build Ricochet, Zack Ryder, and Curt Hawkins to inevitably overcome the evil Authors of Pain and Seth Rollins. It would be a win-win for all because fans would get entertainment, wrestlers would get the push, and the company would make money.
