The Fiend and Seth Rollins had a colossal battle, inside the steel cage, at Hell in a Cell. Since that was The Fiend's first title shot, the expectations were sky-high from the match. While it was a stupendous match, the ending left a lot of fans with an unpleasant surprise.

The Fiend had an impressive debut at SummerSlam, and he also showed his proficiency in the ring at Hell in a Cell, with his great performance. It was a lengthy match, as Rollins delivered his finishing maneuvers multiple times inside the cage. However, it didn't keep The Fiend down for very long.

Despite getting several Curb Stomps and a Pedigree, The Fiend kicked out every single time, proving he is an unstoppable monster. Since Rollins' finishing moves looked ineffective, the 'BeastSlayer' grabbed a ladder, a chair, and even a Sledgehammer to hit The Fiend.

When Rollins used the Sledgehammer, the match ended in disqualification which was an unusual finish in a Hell in a Cell match. The fans were not delighted by the queer finish of the Universal Championship match, and a rematch could have a fair result at Crown Jewel.
