Flip Gordon is relatively new to the wrestling industry having debuted in 2015. Before his wrestling career, Gordon served in the National Guard. However, within professional wrestling, he has flourished. At present, he performs with ROH and NJPW, via a working relationship. During Chris Jericho's Rock N Rager cruise, Gordon would win the inaugural Sea of Honor tournament, defeating Jay Briscoe

Throughout his relatively short tenure, Gordon has proven his worth. On ROH television he has been involved in multiple storylines. Notably, losing efforts against ROH Champion Jay Lethal and former NWA World Champion Nick Aldis, (watch the video below. These matches were excellent to witness.

With Gordon's presence in WWE 205 Live, things could become interesting. Firstly, storytelling would improve. Secondly, match quality would exponentially flourish. Just imagine Gordon versus Drew Gulak.

Or perhaps Gordon facing off with WWE Cruiserweight Champion Buddy Murphy. Whether or not this comes to fruition, Gordon would make an immense addition to WWE. Let's not forget his similarities with Finn Balor for example. Ultimately WWE needs more performers like Flip Gordon.
